Tell Me What You Need Notarized

Send Me the Details

The more you tell me upfront, the faster I can confirm.

QUICK START

Not Sure What You Need? Let's Figure It Out

Answer a few quick questions and I’ll tell you which service fits your document, what identification to bring, and how fast we can get it done.

Have This Ready When You Call

The document type — power of attorney, deed, affidavit, apostille, or something else. Your location, or whether you’d prefer online or my Katy office. Your timeframe. And whether all signers will be available, since I can’t notarize for someone who isn’t present.

Call or Text

Email

LopezNotaryP@gmail.com — send your document ahead so I can confirm the notarial wording before we meet.

FAQ

Before You Reach Out

Usually within the hour during office hours. If you call after hours, I’ll get back to you first thing the next morning — or immediately if it’s urgent and I’m available.

For mobile and online signings, yes. For the Katy office, walk-ins are welcome during office hours but appointments get priority.

Please do. Email it to LopezNotaryP@gmail.com and I’ll verify the notarial wording is correct before we meet — that alone prevents most delays.

No. Describing your document and getting a quote costs nothing. I’d rather tell you upfront if I’m not the right person for your situation.

Current, unexpired, government-issued photo ID for every signer — driver’s license, state ID, passport, or military ID. Expired by even one day and I can’t proceed.
